Fixed with wire instead of screws
Investigators said that one of the two covers that came off a
drain outlet of a swimming pool in Saitama Prefecture had
been fixed with wire instead of screws or bolts.
A 7-year-old girl died after being sucked into the drain outlet
on Monday afternoon.
